Miley Cyrus has finally left the hospital! After being hospiltalized more than a week ago for an “absolutely horrible reaction” to medication to treat the flu, the 21-year-old pop star has finally been released from her hospital bed. ”She is feeling much better and Europe tour is still on,” a source close to Miley Cyrus!. We’re not sure where Miley currently is, but she is in the States (we’re hopeful she’s resting up at home in L.A.!).
Lorde announced earlier today that she has to postpone her Australian concert tour dates because she’s under the weather. The 17-year-old Grammy winner shared a message via Twitter, writing, “In case you missed the announcement earlier, i have had to postpone my australian shows because of a nasty chest infection and general ill health. i am so so gutted to have to do this but my parents and my team stepped in telling me i needed a break after being non-stop since the grammys in january.”
Miley, Miley, Miley, I didn’t expect anything less that this tour would come out with a….um, well….BANG! The first show in Canada was a success. From the outragous costumes, dancing midgets, and belting out “We Can’t Stop.” Concert goers say the show is a “life changing experience.” One I can’t wait to attend.

The ’90s rock group took to Facebook to share the news with their fans, stating:
“While we were traveling the world last year promoting Push and Shove, Gwen mentioned she was inspired to write new music. In December, around the time of our hometown shows, we discussed the idea of starting 2013 by getting back into the studio together. We did so in January and the new music started flowing with unexpected ease. After spending three years recording the last album, this new pace feels incredibly exciting. We have decided to follow our muse for the time being and focus on this new music that we don’t want to stop…” recorded and live on tour.”
Recently, there have been rumors floating around about a possible 98 Degrees reunion and now there is information to put those rumors to rest. Unfortunately, there will be no reunion in the near future.
Nick Lachey tweeted, “So psyched to see all the excitement for a 98 degree tour, but the only tour I’ll be doing this summer is at baby’s ‘r us! #neversaynever”
Madonna has announced her tour dates for this year. She will start in Europe and in August, she will come to North America. The tour will start in North America on Aug. 28th and end on Nov. 17th.
Madonna will be performing a total of 90 shows, which is a record for her. Tickets for North America tour will go on sale later this month.
Adam Lambert has a new gig and that is the be the new front man for Queen. Back in 2009 the guitarist, Brian May of Queen considered the idea of Lambert permanently being the front man for the band. The band will be touring this summer.
Lambert said, “The intention is to pay tribute to Freddie and the band by singing some great songs. It’s to keep the music alive for the fans and give it an energy that Freddie would have been proud of.”
Jason Derulo was performing a stunt for his Future History World Tour and broke his neck during the stunt. Derulo was rushed to a hospital in Florida.
Derulo is now in a neck brace and had to cancel his tour dates.
Drake has announced the dates for his Club Paradise Tour. It will start on Feb. 14th in Miami, FL and end on March 11th in San Diego, CA. This tour will visit colleges and then Drake will be heading over to Europe for a few more shows. Kendrick Lamar and A$AP Rocky will be joining him on the tour.
The day his tour starts is also the day that Nicki Minaj’s new album is released.
“It should be harder to be an artist,” the 18-year-old Cyrus said while doing press for her upcoming first-ever shows in Australia. “You shouldn’t just be able to put a song on YouTube and go out on tour.”
Right, a true artist should hone his/her craft over the years. Why take shortcuts like YouTube videos…or relying on the marketing machine of an international entertainment conglomerate, hit-making songwriters and a healty dose of Auto-Tune to become famous.
Such comments would also put the former Disney star at odds with the likes of Lady Gaga (who hailed Black as a “genius”), Simon Cowell (who called “Friday” a “brilliant” song and questioned the “hysterical” reaction surrounding it) and some percentage of the 60 million-plus people who have watched the clip on YouTube.
Perhaps that’s why Team Miley is trying to play down the comments. A source close to the erstwhile Hannah Montana (who’s in Australian on her first tour Down Under) insisted today to E! News that Cyrus never specifically meant to single out the “Friday” purveyor or even mentioned Black’s name in the interview.
