Lindsay Lohan is suing the artist Pitbull over his single ‘Give Me Everything’. One of his lyrics mentions Lohan and now she is saying they used her name without compensation. She is suing “under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.”

Lohan is seeking an injunction to stop all further broadcast of the song to go along with unspecified damages.

Rihanna’s hit ‘S&M’ has a lot of people talking, especially about the music video. Now, photographer Phillip Paulus is suing the singer for copyright infringement. He claims Rihanna stole the look from series of photos called ‘Paperworld.’

The photographer stated “Why a worldwide celebrity is not able to afford a creative director, who creates individual concepts and stagings, is incomprehensible for me.”

A year ago Bret Michaels almost died during his performance on the Tony Awards. A piece of his set fell and caused him to suffer from a brain hemorrhage. Now he is taking action against the Tony Awards and suing them.

“One of the most common causes of this type of hemorrhage is head trauma — exactly like the one Michaels suffered at the hands of the Tony Awards,” the lawsuit stated.
