In the biggest album release week of the year, Kanye West and Nicki Minaj are doing pretty good! Kanye’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy debuting with more than 495,000 copies sold and Nicki’s Pink Friday at 375,000 copies.

Fantasy matched the #1 debut of Kanye’s previous effort, 2008′s vocal-heavy 808s & Heartbreak, which moved 450,000 copies in its first week.
