Jenelle Evans is back behind bars. The “Teen Mom 2″ star was arrested in North Carolina today for possession of drugs and is also accused of attacking her husband. According to a source, Evans was also found to be illegally in possession of Percocet (a prescription painkiller) as well as plastic wrapping paper and a glass smoking pipe, which is considered illegal drug paraphernalia. As for the assault charge, cops say Evans struck Rogers with a piece of furniture during a domestic dispute. When will Jenelle ever learn?

The actress just admitted in court that she violated her probation, and agreed to begin serving out a 30-day sentence at a Los Angeles jail. She’s been ordered to turn herself in to begin the sentence within one week, by Nov. 9, and will not be eligible for house arrest, electronic monitoring or any early release other than that required by the law.

But will she really be serving a full month behind bars? Despite the judge’s order, a sheriff’s department spokesman tells E! News that Lindsay will likely serve just 20 percent of her jail time, or six days, in jail. The remainder of her 270 days will be stayed pending the completion of a strictly scheduled list of requirements laid out by the fed-up judge.

Two weeks after being sent up the river for an attempted weapons-possession charge, the hip-hopster copped to tax evasion in New Jersey in a separate case that will likely add to his stay in the pokey.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey, Ja Rule (real name Jeffrey Atkins) pleaded guilty to three counts of failing to file tax returns with the IRS for—get this—five years!

So not quite always on time. But exactly how much more jail will he get?

Right now, that’s an open question. The MC was set to learn his fate in February for illegally keeping a pistol in his car after he made a guest appearance at a Lil’ Wayne concert in New York in July 2007. However, the judge in that case postponed the sentencing until June 8, pending a resolution in his tax case.

Lindsay Lohan spent the afternoon taking care of loose ends. And maybe some split ends, too.

The 24-year-old actress, who’s due in court tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. to be formally charged with grand theft, got highlights and a blowout Tuesday at the Byron & Tracey salon in Beverly Hills, according to a source.

E! News captured footage of Lohan in the salon chair, chatting with her assistant, while her long locks were being worked on. Several women also brought in outfits for her to look at during her appointment.

Possible court ensembles, perhaps?!

She wasn’t “acting weird at all,” our source says, adding that Lohan was being “super sweet” and “looked gorgeous.”

Lil Wayne moved to solitary confinement for HEADPHONES??

Lil Wayne has reportedly been moved to solitary confinement after guards found he was hiding a pair of headphones and an MP3 player charger. As punishment for possessing music-related equipment, Weezy now spends 23 hours a day without social contact in a punitive segregation cell called The Bing, where he’s expected to remain until his scheduled Nov. 4 release.
