Derrick paid for the home IN CASH and put the deed in the name of MIEKA and THEIR SON P.J. That’s right Derrick’s name is NOT ON THE DEED!!” That’s sweet of him!

Patrick Stump is leaving his music career behind for a bit to focus on his TV career. He will be featured on an episode of House.
Stump’s character is named Micah and the episode We Need the Eggs will premier on April 16th.
The house that the social-networking boy wonder was renting near the Stanford University campus in Palo Alto, Calif., is back on the market for the low, low price of $7,850 a month.
An ad on Craigslist boasts that the “gorgeous” four-bedroom, three-bath single-family home is in a “Prestigious location!” with “Charm and functionality!” It features a chef’s kitchen with gas stove, a wood-burning fireplace and a huge family room “with the view of Kitchen.” (That must be some kitchen!)
