Restaurant Observatory…

Who has rooted through this before you?

It’s a common occurrence for you to head out with either friends or family for a bite to eat from time to time. Most restaurants can provide the seating and selection that you could not either financially or feasibly put together on a regular basis. It’s a time to hang out, have fun and hopefully have a good breakfast, lunch or dinner. But restaurants can also present some annoying problems that may interfere with you and your friend’s/family good time.

One of the issues is that you and the rest of your group are not the only one’s there most of the time. Other people are doing the same thing and taking their peers and relatives out, which can lead to having so many voices in the room that you can’t hear a thing, or maybe hear a little too much about a person y0u don’t even know.

The fun you could be having can just as easily turn to an annoyance you have to deal with while your in the restaurant. Take a minute and think about some of the past annoyances you’ve had to deal with when you’re out at a restaurant and then call up and let me know what happened.

A Night at the Movies…

Popcorn and Ticket

So far, so good...

The weekend is almost here and that means a night out with friends for some fun and entertainment. Now, with a very successful series releasing tomorrow, there will be even more people out at the theaters. I still enjoy sitting in dark theater and getting wrapped up in an enjoyable movie but as with any social event, there is always the chance of one or more people ruining it for everyone else.

You’re sitting there in the dark captivated, when you hear *ring ring ring*……someone has forgot to silence their phone. >_> That’s just one of the possibilities that could ruin your experience, it could be someone yelling at the screen, throwing food, etc… All of these can break the mood for you.

I’d like to hear about your biggest movie-going annoyance, so call up and tell me just what can irk you at the theater.

Like Luda says…Move!!!! Get out the way!!!

Dancing

Uh....who are you!?!?! Move!!!

I had a great time this weekend hanging out at a reunion with many of my high school friends. After the initial fun was over, some of us headed downtown for some more fun and we ended up on the dance floor.

Most of the time spent out there was of course fun, but of course there had to be a few spoilers to the night. >_> The most noticeable to everyone was the unknown and seemingly out-of-place person who tried to intrude on my friends and my fun. This lady just tried to get in the middle of us and make herself the center of attention. Not cool. >_> I don’t know about you but in my opinion there is certain protocol when you’re out on the dance floor that should be followed. Off the top of my head are two important one’s:

  • When you see a group of people dancing together, don’t just insert yourself into the middle thinking it’ll be alright, especially if you don’t know them
  • Don’t get too friendly with some unless you’re prepared for the aftermath….whatever that may be

Now, I can’t be the only one with some rules for having a happy club experience, so I want to hear from you. I’ll hang with you until 4pm today so call up and tell me what rules you follow out on the floor.

Reunions…

Reunions

Hello! My name is...

I have a class reunion coming up this weekend. It’ll be nice to see some old friends and classmates that I haven’t seen for years, but you know that there are going to be some surprising changes. It’s inevitable that some of the people you knew have made some changes, some you just didn’t expect.

What is the most outrageous thing you’ve ever seen at a reunion?

I’d Like You to Meet…

Living Room

The Battleground...

The next two days can be quite busy if you’ve got a tight-knit or rather large family or circle of friends and relatives. Most likely you’ll get together with them for some good food and interesting conversation. This may also be the moment where you’re introducing your significant other to your family for the first time, which can be an interesting if not stressful situation. That first impression your significant other makes on your family can shape your family interactions for years.

Most of the time things turn out well, but not always. Have you ever introduced your significant other to family or friends for the first time and had things go not as planned, a.k.a. a terrible first impression.

Call up tonight and tell me if you’ve had this happen to you and just how bad did it go? I’ll be with you tonight from 7pm – 11pm, rocking out as usual.

Don’t you get really annoyed when you plan a night out with some friends and/or family and things don’t go just as planned? You end up dealing with something like a late friend, being served food late, or some other annoyance.

What is your biggest restaurant gripe? I’ll be hanging with you until 11pm tonight so hit me up and let me know.

When is enough really enough

When is enough really enough

Hey Denz here (4pm-7pm)

Today, I’m talking about when do you just draw a line in the sand to how much drama your willing to put up with. How long do you let your friends make drama for everyone around them before you tell them to stop, or do you just let it happen?

call me up at 330-972-8888 or drop a comment

How Do You Work Here!?!?

Co-workers

One more time...

I was out with some friends last weekend to celebrate one of my best friend’s recent promotion and the subject of past jobs came up.

We all thought back on the co-workers at our previous jobs who never really could do the job they were assigned and more often than not messed up their job.

Have you had a co-worker in your current or past job that made you wonder how they kept their job when they were so terrible at it?

Hit me up with your experience, I’ll hang with you until 11pm tonight.
