If you have been watching Twitter and following Britney Spears and Madonna you may have noticed they have been tweeting to each other. Spears tweeted Madonna, “love the new album – every single song is incredible. congrats girl!” Madonna tweeted back, “ please come on stage and kiss me again. I miss you!!”

It didn’t end there, Spears replied, “Tempting…” Word is that they are planning a collaboration.

Nicki Minaj has just announced she will no longer “guest” on other peoples songs.  She says “no more collabs for the next two years.”  She wants to establish herself in the music industry as a solo artist.   Can you guess the one person she’ll make an exception for?   Britney Spears!

Twitter is generally where we are getting our breaking news from. The tweets keep us in the loop with celebrities in the studio. Britney Spears just tweeted that she is currently in the studio with will.i.am. Both are doing a collaboration together that in which Britney tweeted, “you guys are gonna love this one.”

Her new single “Hold it Against Me” will premieere on MTV on February 17th.

Keyshia Cole is ready to start diving into the rock world. In a recent interview, Cole says her dream collaboration would have to be Nickleback.

Last weekend during Drake’s two-night stand at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, Florence Welch was in the audience and decided to join him on stage. She loved it so much she wants to do a collaboration with Drake.

There has not been word when the single will debut, but there is a good chance it will appear on Florence and the Machine’s next album.

Rihanna & Nicki Join Forces!

Even though Nicki Minaj had to drop out of Rihanna’s tour, she has reappeared to make a collaboration with Rihanna, for “Raining Men”.

Rihanna says the song is nothing like the original version. The song will be more “fun” and “quirky”. She was happy to team up again with Nicki, desciribing her as a real star with fantastic style.
