Bill Cosby’s legal team recently issued a cease-and-desist letter to Kiley Kmiec, a Santa Monica resident who founded CosbySweaters.com, according to Gawker. Kmiec titled his website, which has existed for more than two years and is geared at “sports fans who love music, tech, pop culture and dumb Internet videos,” as a tribute to Cosby, who is famous for wearing colorful, intricately patterned sweaters.

But Cosby wasn’t so appreciative of the gesture, with the legal reps asserting in the letter that Cosby’s association with these sweaters has become so marked that it is part of his intellectual property.

Paris Hilton fell victim to a prank known as “swatting,” where a SWAT team goes to a celebrity’s home when a practical joker calls 911.
The incident is under investigation.
Other victims of “swatting” include Ashton Kutcher, Chris Brown and the Kardashians.

20-year-old “Super-Hero” in Manchester, England is hanging up his cape after getting beaten up. The Super-Hero calls himself Knight Warrior was doing his duty by protecting the streets to keep crime out. He sometimes even patrolled with his 18-year-old fiancee who called herself the Knight Maiden. The couple was recognized and beat up by a couple thugs which led to a swollen face and broken spirit. I guess the town will have to leave it to the police to protect them from crime.

Beyoncé Knowles is good for pushing the limits and stepping out as an individual and PETA is fine with that as along as she doesn’t step out with animal shoes. Knowles teamed up with PMK and designer Isabel Marant to create a sneaker wedge with calf hair, ostrich, crocodile,anaconda, and stingray animal skin and PETA is not happy. They slammed her when she wore a leather costume at the Super Bowl and she wears mink false eyelashes. PETA has no comment but if  Beyoncé doesn’t want her outfit ruin on the red carpet by PETA supporters and their extreme antics, I suggest she says goodbye to fur.

A man in Texas made the news recently for lying about being robbed when he really blew $1000 of his tax return money at strip club because he did not want his wife to find out. That was doing the absolute most in my opinion. I mean guys, it really isn’t a big deal to go to strip clubs anymore. Lying to your wife is one thing, but lying to the authorities is a complete other story. What do you think he should have done?

This has been the worst week that Allen Iverson could ever have. On top of being embarassed by an Atlanta Family Court Judge telling him and the entire world about his poor parenting skills, he also loses his home. He allegedly defaulted on a $1.2 million dollar mortgage that sent the $4.5 million dollar home into forclosure. His personal bank purchased his mansion for $2.5 million dollars yesterday.
