The New Orleans police issued a misdemeanor arrest warrant for Russell Brand due to an incident with a photographer. Brand was accused of grabbing a photographer’s phone and throwing it through the window.

The photographer filed a police report immediately after the incident that claimed “criminal damages.”

Update: Russell Brand has turned himself in. The word is that he was released on a $5,000 bond.
