It look like this summer will not be looking to good for DJ Pauly D of ‘The Jersey Shore.’ He was hit with a $4 million infringement lawsuit by another DJ called DJ Paulie.

This DJ claims he has spent 40 years building up his DJ name and business and because of Pauly D, his business has been sufering. The studio has until September 30 to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
